LUMPENPROLETARIAT—Willis Earl Beal is a singer, songwriter, and musician of first order.  He is also a visual artist, music producer, and jack of all trades.  And his starring role in Memphis marks him as a promising actor as well.

Memphis is a good film.  We recommend it.  We were blown away by the artistry of a new musician, of whom we had never heard.  We grow up, have less fun.  We work, enter the working day.  Can our society afford such good music?
