PROJECT CENSORED—[18 MAR 2016] “Welcome to the Project Censored show on Pacifica Radio. On today’s programme, we’ll interview students and social justice activists, who are participating in the Second Annual Social Justice Week at Sonoma State University in northern California. Over 35 community activists are collectively participating between March 21st and 25th.
“And, today, we’ll interview students from the Sociology: Social Justice and Activism Club; the president and treasurer of Sonoma County Veterans for Peace; and activists from Law Enforcement Brutality Coalition and [Sonoma’s] Peace and Justice Center. We’ll ask, not only, what issues are at play, but also why it’s important for local community activists to collectively join together.
